Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, all custom sales are final once the order has entered production.

Please carefully check names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, and other personalized details before approving your order.

Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are created only after an order is placed. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Choosing the wrong color

• Changing your mind after production has started

• Incorrect information provided when placing a personalized order

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward making it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change something? Contact us as quickly as possible.

If your order has not entered production yet, we may be able to make a change or cancellation. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
